Condo of the Year Update

 

The CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute) Toronto and Area chapter awarded Palace Place second place in the prestigious 2011 “Condo of the Year” annual competition. The CCI Toronto and Area Chapter’s Annual General Meeting was held at the Gibson Ballroom of the Novotel North York Hotel on October 12, 2011

 

Corporations were judged on many factors, including: good governance, energy initiatives, communications, consistency, forward thinking, environmental concerns, effective use of committees and the social fabric of the community.
